What sizes are available?
Each box type comes in a standard format (single, double or custom bottle sizes), with some flexibility depending on your product.
What’s the minimum order or cost?
There’s no strict minimum, but we’ll always be upfront about what’s worthwhile. Sometimes a single piece can be incredibly special. Other times, it makes sense to create a full range for retail. We’ll work to your budget and your brief.
How long does it take?
Once your order is confirmed, lead time is typically 3–4 weeks. We’re UK-based, so there’s no waiting on shipping containers.
Where are the boxes made?
All Signature Range boxes are made in our Cumbria workshop — designed, crafted, and finished entirely in the UK.
Can I customise the branding?
Yes — we offer engraving, embossing, foil, and custom inserts. You choose the level of branding inside and out.
Can I visit your workshop?
Yes – we’re based just outside Penrith in Cumbria. Contact us to arrange a time.
